I have a confession to make . Despite the fact that I am hopelessly addicted to fishing I don't actually like seafood that much . Smoked marlin is nice but is rich and I can't eat much of it . Smoked albacore is the sh1t ! ! I could eat this non-stop , they call it " the chicken of the sea "
